Priscillia is an Associate in the firm’s Oil and Gas, Mining, and Power Practices, where she routinely advises domestic and international clients on several complex transactions. Her transactional experience includes, project development, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and project financings.

Additionally, she regularly assists clients with regulatory compliance, company secretarial matters, and providing general legal advisory on diverse regulatory issues. She is currently advising on the: establishment of a host communities development trust; development of 2 mini-LNG facilities; and acquisitions within the petroleum and mining sector.
