We know the petroleum business and understand the entire value chain. We also appreciate the role that experienced legal support plays in securing petroleum assets and sustaining operations. Our lawyers have advised on the entire spectrum of petroleum operations over several years and are known for their role in shaping petroleum industry laws and policies. This experience has been garnered from senior positions previously held by members of our team in multinational oil companies, NNPC, the Ministry of Petroleum Resources, multilateral financial institutions and leading local and foreign law firms, thereby affording our clients the benefit of legal advice and support from lawyers with unique in-house and external counsel perspectives.
