Her transactional experience includes project development, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and project financing. She regularly assists clients with regulatory compliance, company secretarial matters, and general legal advisory on diverse regulatory issues.

Key highlights of her notable transactions include advising a project sponsor on the development of a $3.5 billion integrated gas and methanol production facility, advising on the development of a $400million LNG facility, advising on the $60 million financing and acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Sinopec International Petroleum Exploration and Production Company Nigeria Limited, a 49% participating interest holder in Petroleum Mining Lease 20, and advising on the establishment of Host Communities Development Trusts in line with the Petroleum Industry Act, 2021.
