ADVISORY Legal Consultants is pleased to have advised Notore Chemicals Industries Plc (“Notore”) on a gas sale agreement with Accugas Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Seven Energy, and a gas transportation agreement with the Nigerian Gas Company, to ship the gas. Under the terms of the gas sale agreement, Accugas will supply gas to Notore’s fertilizer plant at a rate of 25 mmscf/day.

CPPA is an independent, non-partisan public policy think-tank that is committed to rigorous research to support development initiatives and improve governance.
