Abdulganiyu’s experience has over the years straddled diverse areas of corporate and commercial law. Prior to joining ENR Advisory, he headed the legal department of one of Nigeria’s leading free trade zones where in addition to performing company secretarial and business advisory services, he negotiated and advised on an array of oil and gas services contracts and projects, corporate structuring, investment facilitation and procedure as well as government liaison.

At ENR Advisory. he has advised on the formation of upstream petroleum joint ventures as well as disputes arising thereform.  He is currently part of the team advising several of the awardees in the 2020 Marginal Field Bid Rounds on financing, acquisitions, and corporate governance regarding their respective awards and marginal fields. He also part of the team advising on a natural gas-based free zone development in Nigeria. He routinely advises companies on the impact of the Petroleum Industry Act 2021 on their operations and transactions and regularly participates in research and publications on topical energy law issues.
