ENR Advisory is pleased to have advised Brass Fertilizer and Petrochemical Company Limited (BFPCL) on the Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement signed with the Shell/NNPCL/TotalEnergies/AGIP Joint Venture for the supply of gas to BFPCL’s US$3.5 billion Methanol Project, which is projected to be Africa’s largest methanol plant. The signing ceremony *witnessed by Nigeria’s Minister of State, Petroleum Resources (Gas),* held in Abuja on October 11, 2024.
