John St. Claret Ezeani brings over 25 years of experience advising the private sector, the Government of Nigeria and multilateral institutions on infrastructure development, strategic policy formulation, international investment law and energy law. He was formerly a consultant with DFID advising on infrastructure development, public-private partnerships and oil and gas sector policy. Olajumoke Arowolo is a seasoned transactional and commercial practice lawyer with a practice focus on energy and infrastructure finance, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. Prior to joining ADVISORY, she was an Associate with a leading commercial law firm where she advised clients on several complex financing transactions.
