Advisory Legal Consultants is pleased to welcome two outstanding lawyers to our growing team of specialist consultants: John St. Claret Ezeani, and Olajumoke Arowolo.

John St. Claret Ezeani brings over 25 years of experience advising the private sector, the Government of Nigeria and multilateral institutions on infrastructure development, strategic policy formulation, international investment law and energy law. He was formerly a consultant with DFID advising on infrastructure development, public-private partnerships and oil and gas sector policy. John also joins the firm as Of Counsel and will provide project development support to clients. Read more about John and his practice here.

Olajumoke Arowolo is a seasoned transactional and commercial practice lawyer with a practice focus on energy and infrastructure finance, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. Prior to joining ADVISORY, she was an Associate with a leading commercial law firm where she advised clients on several complex financing transactions.
