ENR Advisory is pleased to have acted as Nigerian legal counsel to RSIN SG Pte. Ltd., part of the RSIN Group, in connection with its agreement to acquire the entire issued share capital of KCM Mining Limited, the holder of the Agbaja Iron Ore Project in Kogi State, Nigeria, from Macro Metals Limited and KCM Mining Holdings Pty Ltd., for a total consideration of US$5.67 million.

The ENR Advisory deal team was led by Partners Jumoke Fajemirokun and Tomi Etomi, with support from M&A Partner Nosa Osazuwa, Senior Associate Rasheed Belo-Osagie, and Associates Priscillia Mgbeamu, Aimuaosa Enadeghe, Peter Okediya, David Iyasere and Oluwatobi Adebanjo.
