He has contributed to a range of notable matters, including the Federal government of Nigeria’s 4 Trillion Naira development of a solar-powered energy grid in the Lekki Free Zone; advising on complex gas-related commercial arrangements; supporting client negotiations with key industry stakeholders; and preparing legal opinions on nuanced regulatory and contractual issues in Nigeria’s power sector.
