Oyinda is a commercial lawyer with experience in advising different players across the entire energy value chain. She has advised several companies on corporate restructuring, as well as investments in upstream and midstream infrastructure projects. She has drafted, reviewed and negotiated several gas supply related agreements and has experience in the development and financing of significant infrastructure projects, most especially in the gas sector. Her project experience includes advising the development of a $400million LNG project and the development of a $3.5billion fertilizer project in an oil and gas free zone in Nigeria.

Following the passage of the Petroleum Industry Act 2021, she continuously provides legal and regulatory guidance across the entire oil and gas value chain on the impacts of the Act to different stakeholders in the sector.

Prior to joining ENR Advisory, Oyinda was an associate at a leading law firm in Nigeria where she was an active member of both the dispute resolution and corporate and commercial practice groups. Oyinda represented the interest of corporations and individuals in negotiating several commercial agreements as well as in different Nigerian courts across several areas including oil and gas, mining, labour matters, debt recovery, aviation amongst others.
