The firm advised ConocoPhillips on this transaction. Oando will own all the issued share capital in the following ConocoPhillips subsidiaries: Phillips Oil Company Nigeria Limited, Conoco Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited and Phillips Deepwater Exploration Nigeria Limited.
