Iyanujesu is a smart, solution-oriented, and meticulous lawyer. She combines her ability to analyze complex legal problems and proffer top-notch solutions to clients. She has interest in Energy & Natural Resources, Corporate & Commercial, Corporate Finance and Intellectual Property. She is a commercial lawyer with experience advising international and indigenous oil companies on upstream oil and gas M&A and hydrocarbon sale transactions as well as in relation to commercial disputes.

Iyanujesu is part of the team advising a handful of bidders acquiring interests in marginal fields from the Marginal Field Bidding rounds 2020. She is also part of the team advising a petrochemical company who is developing a petrochemical complex comprising a 10,000 MT methanol plant and 1 bscf/d gas processing facilities in Bayelsa State in respect of its engineering, procurement and construction contract for the plant, geotechnical and pipeline survey contract as well as other project documents.

Iyanujesu was part of the team that advised the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission on the effect of the Gas Transportation Network Code 2020 on the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry. She was also part of the team that provided legal support to the federal legislators on their committee deliberations for the Petroleum Industry Bill , 2020.
